ATSP-18-1 Single Stock Pot Stove - 18" Commercial Gas Range with Standard Height for Natural Gas - Perfect for Restaurants, Catering & Commercial Kitchens

I've purchased 4 of these units so far, and they're excellent for those really large stock pots. I use 100 qt. pots on these ranges, but I've seen them available even larger. The burners are in a ring formation. The inside of the ring is controlled with one knob, and the outside with the other. The BTU output is the same as the furnace in my small house. These will boil water in 35 minutes.If the stature of these things is curious to you, it might be helpful to picture this range next to a Vulcan. It's something like a foot shorter. When the stock pot's on it, though, the rim of the stock pot is about the same distance from the floor as that of a 16 qt pot on the full sized range, so reaching into those things doesn't require a stool. I don't know much about efficiency or how to test for it, unless the burners are on full, there's not a lot of heat escaping as high as the edge of the stock pot.I was impressed by the quality of the components. The cast iron grate is almost as heavy as the rest of the unit. Each of the units I purchased included all the required parts, and they fit without struggle. They were shipped on small wooden pallets that served as the bottom of an otherwise cardboard box, and came by common carrier. I couldn't be happier with the units or the service.
