The Esbit Stainless Steel Folding Pot Stand is 'ultralight' to say the least, and is designed to use either Esbit-style solid fuel tablets or alcohol stoves. Pot stand disassembles and fits into its own flat packing pouch, that easily fits inside most backpacking cook pots. Be careful when handling the pot stand, as the sharp stainless edges can nick your fingers. The stainless steel sections flex enough to make assembly and disassembly easy. Using either fuel tablets or stove, the pot stand allows good air flow and flame distribution to the bottom of a cooking pot. The pot stand should support nearly any size cooking pot, pan or cup. On windy days, a wind break or stove windscreen should be used to offer better cooking times. Very sturdy, should last for many years.
