Knorr Fix German Style Pot Roast Sauerbraten Seasoning Mix 37g (Pack of 3) | Authentic German Flavor for Slow Cooker, Oven & Instant Pot Meals

I was having difficulty finding this item until I checked out Amazon. I used undiluted beef consomme instead of water which gives depth to the pot roast gravy made from the mix after searing the beef and simmering the beef with onions, potatoes, and carrots. I believe the spice ratio is perfect and that the amount of ginger in the mix is their secret to perfection. If I were trying to sell my home, I would bake I loaf of bread and have a pot roast using this seasoning simmering on the stove when prospective buyers arrived. If you have a side burner on your grill you could literally drive your neighbors crazy. It's that great.
