I needed to replace some 18/10 workhorse pots/pans after moving, and these fit the bill perfectly; plus the copper exteriors match kitchen aesthetic! They will need to be seasoned to be more non-stick but are beautiful and very well-made pans.I absolutely love these pots and pans. They cook and clean well. No sticking issues as of yet which is what I was concerned about.Cooking is one of my favorite things to do, and I almost do it every day. It was very important to me to have a nice set of pans, and then I searched them online for a while until I saw Ciwete Copper tri-ply cookware set. My husband and I have decided to get this set, and now we use them daily. This set does not take up a lot of room, so easy to place in the cabinet. I used electric cooktop, and they were heated quickly, and didn't feel warm when I held the handle. I only hand wash them, not because can't use dishwasher, because I don't trust the machine:).Finally I like to say about the shipping. When the set arrives. No outer box damaged. After opening the box, the cookware was well-packed.Beautiful pans and they cook perfectly! EVERYTHING stains themEverything I need sticks to panI spent a lot of time trying to find an induction pan set. I am so pleased with these! They clean up easily. I just douse them in dawn and let them set a bit then come back with a soft brush and the fried chicken/steaks are all gone!Garbage..save yourself the headache by not buying this junkHeats up very evenly and remains hot! Lids fit like a glove. Pans are very easy to clean.
