This is our least favorite pot unfortunately. It takes forever for our food to boil, unlike our other pot and it always burns the bottom of our food and the black never washed out. We only use this pot when we absolutely have to because it is a hassle to use.OK, so it is stainless steel, but very thin. I burned the dickens out of the popcorn I made the first time I used it. I tried scouring the black stuff off. I still have burned spots that will not come off. I only use it for very low heat cooking.I only use this for tea and it’s very useful and value for money. Quality is very good.I love this pot, I was scared it might be heavy from the looks of it but no it was so durable and light. I even fried chicken with it.Excellent pots, may order 2 more, took awhile to find on the Amazon website but we'll worth it.The pot turned brown and looked burnt by the second use. Lesson learnedclear glass topThese pots are nice and light compared to stainless steel but used on induction hobs the heating is very spotty and you get localized burning on hots spots. Also discolor quite easily.
